What is your return policy on medications?
Due to health and safety regulations, we strictly cannot accept returns on prescription medications once they have left our pharmacy, even if they remain unopened.
Can I return over-the-counter (OTC) products?
Yes, OTC products and wellness devices can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. Prescription medications are shipped in secure, temperature-controlled packaging when required.
